30 May It’s A Baby Boy
A friend of mine from high school had his first baby. A baby boy named Xavier. I made this Baby Card for him and his wife.
I used the Top Dog Dies, Onesie Diecut & accessories with the Echo Park, Our Baby Boy cardstock collection papers. I diecut “It’s A Boy” using the diecut set from Just Rite Dies. I didn’t provide the links for the diecuts I used because I believe both of those companies are no longer in business.
I cut his name out using my Silhouette Cameo and stacked it on the front of the onesie. I used the accessories from the Top Dog Diecut Set to fill in some of the open space on the front of the card but once I started, I couldn’t stop. As a result, it may have gotten too full.
Looking at the picture of this card later I thought I should have embossed the background paper using my 3-D Quilted embossing folder by We R Memory Keepers. Too late now.
Anyway, that was a simple card for baby boy Xavier’s parents congratulating them on their bundle of joy. Until next time:
